The current patented Tru-Pure products are the most unique home/commercial appliances ever offered. They will provide bottled water quality to FDA standards, plus control germs on surfaces and foods. The technology used is ozonation, which has long been known to be the most powerful micro biocide available, some 3,125 times more potent than chlorine. Unlike chlorine and other germicides, ozone leaves no chemical residue because it reverts to its original form, oxygen, after it has done its job.
There are no other products like the Tru-Pure products on the market today. The water industry provides many choices of product to consumers such as filters, UV systems and reverse osmosis systems, yet nothing was heretofore available that would allow the consumer to kill bacteria in water and on surfaces, or help in the reduction of microbial contamination within the kitchen or food preparation environment.
The water provided by the Tru-Pure products can be consumed immediately and is not harmful to humans.
The Tru-Pure point of use products are uniquely different from other ozone products due to their low voltage electronics. Most ozone generators require high voltage electronics to produce ozone. The Tru-Pure point of use units operate on low voltage while still producing ozone. This is a patented procedure.
Bottled water facilities have been bottling water for years using a larger version of the Tru-Pure products. As a matter of fact, bottle water facilities are required by the FDA to bottle every single bottle of water with a residual of ozone between 0.10 ppm to 0.4 ppm in order to call the water "pure water", not "pure spring" water, or "pure river" water, but "pure water". This gives consumers the assurance that not only is the water free of bacteria, but as the water is placed into the bottles; both bottle and cap are completely sterilized by the ozone. By design, the Tru-Pure products are miniature bottling plants.
With the growing concerns of microbial contamination within the home, water quality problems throughout the world, bacteria problems on meat, poultry and fish, insecticides and pesticides on fruits and vegetables, unsanitary conditions in restaurants, grocery stores, food processing plants; and bacteria laden ice. Tru-Pure Ozone Technologies, Inc. was formed to acquire the assets of three ozone manufacturing and marketing firms. The technology, designs, patents and know-how acquired through these purchases provided the basis for the new and unique products the Company has today and for the development of other planned products. All of the existing and the planned future products are unique in the marketplace with virtually no competition.
